Reams & Reams is looking for an experienced attorney to work in probate, trust, and protective proceedings matters.
Our firm regularly acts as the attorney or the fiduciary for the personal representative, trustee, representative payee, agent.
Litigation experience is preferred but not required.
Additional focus on estate planning and real estate is beneficial.
There is no billable hour requirement, but we can offer incentives based on performance.
$80,000 to $100,000/year or higher depending on experience.
Benefits include a health, dental, malpractice insurance, professional licenses, and CLEs.
