*Position Overview:*
We are currently seeking a fun, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Escrow Officer.
While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to provide comprehensive training to the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for learning.
The Escrow Officer will play a crucial role in managing escrow transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering outstanding service to our clients.
*Responsibilities:*
* Manage escrow transactions from initiation to closure under the guidance of experienced professionals
* Assist in reviewing and analyzing contracts, deeds, and other legal documents for accuracy and compliance
* Communicate effectively with clients, buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and throughout the transaction
* Assist in preparing and reviewing escrow instructions, settlement statements, and closing documents
* Conduct closings and explain documents to buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders in a clear, accurate and professional manner
* Proactively build and maintain a book of business by fostering relationships with all clients and real estate professionals
* Provide exceptional customer service to current clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally
* Facilitate the timely disbursement of funds and ensure transactions are completed within established timelines
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for each escrow transaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in escrow procedures and regulations
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in real estate or related field is a plus
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn escrow software
* Active Escrow Officer license in the state of Utah is desirable but not required
