Assistant Property Manager

Looking for an assistant for a property management company in Telluride and surrounding areas.
Duties include: Regular walk-throughs of clients’ homes Project Management Purchasing and stocking of property needs and supplies Basic household maintenance chores Communicating, scheduling and meeting with subcontractors Problem solving and resourcefulness Previous experience is required.
Hours are Monday-Friday with occasional weekends.
Must have reliable transportation.
